Personal Training
Customized fitness plans focusing on weight management, core & muscle strength. Offered both 1 on 1 or small group up to 3 people.
Session Length: 45 minutes
Senior Moments: Medical Integration
Exercise plans upon completion of physical therapy.
Senior Moments: Stand Up & Walk
Exercise program to maintain balance, core and increase overall muscle strength.
Senior Moments: Quality of LIfe
Exercise program to enhance activities of daily living such as walking, eating, bathing and general mobility.
Sport Enhancement & Injury Prevention
Customized fitness plans for youth athletes ages 12-18 years old! Specialized in basketball, ice skating & baseball.
Kickboxing classes offered for all physical capabilities. This is a free session class offered every Saturday.
