Group session for groups of 2-4 is a high-energy, virtual workout led live by Coach Darrell White, combining strength, cardio, flexibility and core training in a supportive and interactive environment. Each session includes real-time coaching, encouragement, and modifications tailored to individual needs.Session Length: 45 minutes
